The Board shall, taking into account the policy directives of the Government of Nepal, the status of the capital market and the interest of investors, the securities market, securities traders, official representatives of securities traders and organized organizations registering securities in relation to securities transactions in accordance with this Act or the rules and regulations made under this Act. (2) Based on the inspection and investigation report submitted in accordance with section 85, the board may issue orders or instructions to the securities market, securities traders, authorized representatives of securities traders, organized organizations that register securities or managers of such organized organizations. or may instruct the employee not to do or not to do any work in accordance with this Act or the rules and regulations made under this Act or cancel the registration of the securities or suspend or cancel the permit issued by the Board in accordance with this Act. (3) According to subsection (1) or (2) It will be the duty of all concerned to follow the orders or instructions given.
